Our 500ml Bottle Double Wall ‘Standard Shipper’ Boxes are designed specifically for sending beer through the post. This mail-order box offers individual bottle pockets with an impact zone inside a strong double walled outer box. We also supply two buffer pads to put into the top and bottom of each box for added protection.

The Double Walled Outer Box is the first step in protecting your bottles when sending them through the courier system.

The dividers for our Standard Shipper boxes come pre-constructed for quick and simple assembly. Simply pop them open and you are ready to go. Our design creates an impact zone on all 4 sides of your bottles creating further protection all the way around the box.

We market our products primarily as beer boxes designed for bottles/cans however they are also suitable for a range of other products including cider, kombucha, oils, juices and sauces.
